Hi and welcome to my page my name is Emilio and I am 22 years old I'm a dynamic storyteller with a passion for both videography and photography, blending cinematic techniques with artistic photography to create timeless visuals that resonate deeply with audiences.

Terms of Service
Thank you for choosing E-LUX Media! These terms are designed to protect both of us and ensure we have a smooth, professional working relationship. I've kept everything straightforward and fair—please read through and reach out if you have any questions.
1. Booking & Payment Terms
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking date
  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled shoot
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or cash
  • Late payments may result in rescheduling or cancellation of your session
  • All prices quoted are in AUD and include GST where applicable
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Client cancellations made 14+ days before the shoot: deposit refunded minus 20% admin fee
  • Client cancellations made 7-13 days before: 50% of total package fee retained
  • Client cancellations made less than 7 days before: full payment required
  • Rescheduling is free if requested 14+ days in advance (subject to availability)
  • Weather-related cancellations: We'll work together to find a suitable alternative date at no extra charge
3. Copyright & Usage Rights
  • E-LUX Media retains full copyright of all images and videos created
  • Clients receive a personal use license for all delivered content
  • This means you can: post on social media, use for personal marketing, print for personal use, and share with friends/family
  • Commercial use rights (for resale, advertising, or business purposes) can be purchased separately
  • You may not: sell the images/videos, claim them as your own work, alter them significantly without permission, or use them in ways that misrepresent the original work
4. Content Protection & Watermarks
  • All preview images will include watermarks until final payment is received
  • Removing watermarks or using watermarked images without authorization is prohibited
  • Final delivered content will be watermark-free for your use within the agreed license terms
5. My Rights to Use Your Content
  • E-LUX Media reserves the right to use images/videos from your session for:
  • Portfolio display on website and social media
  • Marketing and promotional materials
  • Competition entries and industry publications
  • If you prefer privacy, please let me know before the shoot and I'll respect your wishes
  • You'll always be credited/tagged when content is shared on social media (unless you request otherwise)
6. Delivery Timeline
  • Standard delivery times are outlined in each package
  • Delivery times begin after the shoot date, not the booking date
  • Rush delivery is available for an additional fee (see pricing page)
  • All content is delivered via secure online gallery with download access
  • Files remain available for download for 90 days after delivery
7. What I Deliver
  • Only fully edited, professionally retouched images/videos will be delivered
  • Raw, unedited files are not included in any package
  • The number of deliverables is specified in your chosen package
  • Additional edits or content beyond your package can be purchased separately
8. Shoot Day Expectations
  • Please arrive on time—late arrivals may reduce shooting time
  • Shoots may be extended if needed, but this doesn't guarantee additional deliverables
  • I'll work with you to capture your vision, but creative direction remains with E-LUX Media
  • Respectful, professional behavior is expected from all parties
9. Liability & Unforeseen Circumstances
  • E-LUX Media is not liable for injuries during shoots—please follow safety instructions
  • Equipment failure if technical issues prevent completion, we'll reschedule at no extra charge
  • Force majeure (extreme weather, illness, emergencies): We'll work together to find a solution that's fair for both parties
10. Disputes & Resolution
  • If you're unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact me within 7 days of delivery
  • I'm committed to making things right and will work with you to find a reasonable solution
  • Any disputes will be handled professionally and in good faith before considering legal action
11. Privacy & Data Protection
  • Your personal information is kept confidential and never shared with third parties
  • Contact details are used only for booking communication and service delivery
  • You can request deletion of your data at any time after project completion
12. Agreement
  • By booking with E-LUX Media, you agree to these terms
  • These terms may be updated periodically—current version always available on this page
  • Any custom agreements or special arrangements will be documented in writing
